It is the policy of AloTech to comply with the requirements of the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. AloTech has self-certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement with respect to all personal information transferred from the EU or Switzerland to the US (personal information) within the scope of its Safe Harbor certification.

When the credit card or banking information is submitted to us, such information is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption software. We will use the banking information for purposes of processing and completing the requested transaction payment, and the information will be disclosed to third parties only as necessary to complete the job.
