1- Purpose of the Privacy Policy

Alotech.com (hereinafter will be referred as “the website”) is brought to you by AloTech whose registered address is Yildiz Technical University Teknopark R&D Center, Block B No:2 Istanbul, İstanbul, Turkey (hereinafter will be referred as AloTech or “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal and non-personal information we collect on the website and during providing services, how we use such information and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By using the website and our services, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you shall not use the website.

2- Adherence to US Safe Harbor Framework

It is the policy of AloTech to comply with the requirements of the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. AloTech has self-certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement with respect to all personal information transferred from the EU or Switzerland to the US (personal information) within the scope of its Safe Harbor certification.

3- Basic Principles of Our Privacy Policy

4.1- The Information Submitted by You
The data such as your first name and surname, email addresses, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, and certain information related to the business you represent may be collected on the website when you request information, subscribe to or order a product or service, register as a user, respond to an online survey or otherwise actively send us data. While charging for services we will also collect payment information such as credit card number and related verification information, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses. By actively submitting the information, you will have a full knowledge in what data we collect through the website.
4.2- The Information Collected Through Standard Operation of the Website

We may, in certain instances, collect credit card or banking and related information when an individual orders a service. AloTech uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on behalf of AloTech. When the credit card or banking information is submitted to us, such information is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption software. We will use the banking information for purposes of processing and completing the requested transaction payment, and the information will be disclosed to third parties only as necessary to complete the job.

19- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Body

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. In case of any dispute, the Parties shall first pursue amicable settlement. If they cannot settle the dispute, they hereby agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
